nrby uses Google Sign-In for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your nrby account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users or the platform.
You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
nrby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial professional networking purposes, subject to these Terms.
You agree to use nrby only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with its intended function — discovering and connecting with professionals in your vicinity. You must not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

Your content: You retain ownership of the profile content, messages, and any other material you submit to nrby ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Codenza Systems a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.
Our content: All intellectual property in the nrby App — including its name, logo, design, software, algorithms, and features — is owned by or licensed to Codenza Systems. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
Feedback: If you submit feedback or suggestions about nrby, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
nrby's core functionality relies on your device's GPS location. By enabling location permissions, you consent to your approximate location being used to display your profile to other nearby nrby users and to show you nearby professionals.
You acknowledge that:
nrby is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We do not verify the professional credentials, identity, or background of users. You are solely responsible for any interactions you have with other users, whether online or offline. Codenza Systems is not responsible for the conduct of any user on or off the platform.
Proximity data is based on GPS signals and may not always be accurate. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any proximity calculations or user-provided information.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Codenza Systems and its proprietor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of nrby, including but not limited to:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is greater.
You may stop using nrby and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to nrby at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or harmful behaviour, or for any other reason we deem appropriate.
Upon termination, your licence to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) shall continue to apply.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
We may revise these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via a push notification or in-app alert and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of nrby after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
